Marketing Assistant

The role

Reporting to the Media Manager, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Marketing Team with regarding to the social media pages, Advertising Operations, Reporting of media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Media Manager with the Marketing Mix planning for specific countries, according to each product to obtain maximum effectiveness. This includes both performance-driven and branding campaigns;
• Set up campaigns in our Adserver, together with tracking and other requirements to ensure we can view all data;
• Create design briefs for brand and performance campaigns, together with content for banners;
• Report on performance on a weekly and monthly basis;
• Manage the brands’ social media accounts ensuring the content is in line with our paid advertising campaigns to maximise results;
• Be able to change and adapt to market changes fast, and effectively;
• Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management;
• Report any irregularities in traffic.

 

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

• You have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Marketing Department ideally in the iGaming industry;
• You have a Marketing degree or marketing post graduate certification;
• You are fluent in both written and spoken English (knowledge in another language is considered an advantage);
• You have experience in social media content creation;
• You are creative and you enjoy coming up with new ideas for content;
• You have worked with an Adsever tool and on different creative formats;
• Experience in tags and GTM is not a requirement but will be considered an asset;
• You are confident communicator with excellent people skills;
• You are attentive to detail and have superb project management skills;
• You have excellent problem-solving skills;
• You are able to work as part of a team and on own initiative;
• You are enthusiastic and can-do attitude and can work comfortable under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
• You are flexible and enjoy working in a dynamic environment;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially using Excel.
