If your application meets our criteria, you will progress to the interview stage, which consists of at least two interviews regardless of the role.
The first interview is an informal meeting with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists. This session is all about discussing your experience, understanding your motivations and exploring how you could shine within our team. And hey, it’s also your perfect chance to ask us anything about life at Videoslots.
Our second interview turns the spotlight onto your specific skills and knowledge. You might be asked to answer scenario-based questions, solve problems or highlight previous experiences that demonstrate these skills. It’s a dynamic, interactive process aimed at understanding how well you’re equipped to perform in the role.
As part of the interview process, for certain roles we ask you to complete an online or home assignment. This could for instance be a cognitive test, a personality test, or perhaps even a role-specific task to show off your skills in coding, language, design, or project management. As we go, we provide you with all the necessary information to help you succeed on these tests.
Hurray! You’ve scored a job offer at Videoslots! A member from our Talent Acquisition Team will send you an email and arrange a call to dive into the nitty-gritty of your offer. Sure, there are a few formalities like references and a background check, but no sweat – we’ll walk you through it below. Buckle up for your next chapter!
References and Background Check
After accepting the job offer, a member from our HR team will reach out to explain the next steps in the process and clue you in on the documentation to gather.
Every new member at Videoslots is required to provide a valid police conduct certificate and two references. And no, we’re not asking you to spill the beans to your current boss just yet. We’re more than happy to chat with any of your past managers instead.

This is a half-day session designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our company, where we’ll cover everything from our organizational structure to the enticing benefits we offer. In addition, we’ll ensure you’re well-versed with our most critical policies and procedures, setting the stage for a successful integration into the company.
But it’s not all work and no play. We’re equally eager to introduce you to our office spaces, which are built to foster collaboration and creativity. In the afternoon, you’ll finally get to meet your line manager who will personally introduce you to your new team.
