Office Cleaner

The role

The Office Cleaner ensures that our office is always clean and in an orderly condition for staff and visitors alike.  This role requires to be detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the company’s need arises. The Office Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all office/communal areas.


Accountabilities

  • Perform general cleaning duties of all areas of the building as directed
  • Clean and maintain all office assets/furniture to a high standard
  • Ensure that all areas of the office are always clean, tidy and comply with health and safety regulations
  • Perform and document routine inspections
  • Regular stock-take on office supplies
  • Replenish office provisions in kitchen/break out/communal areas
  • Work with contract cleaning service when necessary
  • Handling ongoing cleaning tasks, perform deep clean and sanitation of all office areas as per requirements
  • Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of Office Cleaner

 

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be a team player that can also work independently when required
  • Possess a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently
