Senior AI Strategy Manager

Role Purpose

This role is critical for spearheading AI initiatives, working in close collaboration with the management team and directly reporting to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The focus in this role is to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain the company’s competitive edge in the iGaming sector.

Accountabilities include but not limited to:

 

• Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies to optimize gaming operations, enhance player engagement, and uphold responsible gaming practices.
• Utilize cloud environments and tools, particularly AWS, to deploy and scale AI solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with the technology team to improve productivity using AI-driven tools in areas like game analytics, customer experience, and fraud detection.
• Work with various departments to improve existing tools and systems with AI innovations, increasing efficiency and player satisfaction.
• Utilize AI to analyze player data for personalized gaming experiences, optimizing game recommendation engines, and reinforcing responsible gaming measures.
• Design and refine Large Language Models for applications such as customer support chatbots and predictive gaming trends analysis.
• Actively keep abreast of the latest AI advancements and technologies, integrating them creatively to enhance game design, player interaction, and backend systems.
• Regularly explore and evaluate new AI methodologies and tools, ensuring Videoslots remains at the cutting edge of technology in the gaming industry.
• Offer strategic AI insights to the management team, focusing on compliance with gaming regulations, player data security, and ethical AI usage.
• Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of AI Strategy Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Advanced Academic Credentials, Masters or Ph.D. in AI or Computer Science
• Experience in building and training Large Language Models.
• In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning principles.
• Capability in managing data security and confidentiality.
• Exceptional skills for effective teamwork, reporting, and leadership.
