Responsible Gaming Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Responsible Gaming Trainer to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of responsible gaming practices.

The Trainer for Responsible Gaming role involves training for the team, and supporting team leaders and Head of Responsible Gaming, to whom this position will directly report to. The role’s responsibilities will have a large impact on the team, encompassing a fantastic grasp of all our procedures/processes, and the reasoning for why we have them in place. This position also requires excellent attention for detail, and strong analytical skills to be able to continually monitor our training methods to ensure they are still up to date and effective.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• First point of contact for CS & P&R training teams in terms of organizing inter-department training and shadowing sessions, this also includes responsibility of new starters and yearly/ad hoc regulatory training obligations
• Ongoing on-the-floor training, which could include, but not be limited to, shadowing with agents, upskilled trainings where we implement new processes and procedures and need to ensure the team is up to date.
• To log, and register complaints, offering RG expertise to support Ops in their completion of complaints and refund requests, escalating to legal for further advise where needed.
• Handling Zendesk escalations from the team where they are unable to complete tickets due to a lack of experience and expertise.
• Offering floor support to the team, which will support team leaders in completing their tasks whilst still offering our team the continual support and guidance they may need
• Reviewing and updating RG manuals/internal procedures as we develop and make amendments
• General RG analyst tasks
• Any other task/responsibility which may be related and/or connected to the role of Responsible Gaming Trainer
