Minimum requirements:
- 1+ year of experience working in Content or Marketing or I-gaming
- Diploma or similar qualification (MQF level 4 or higher) in Writing, Advertisement, Journalism, Marketing, or similar field
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload and reach KPI’s
- Collaborative team player
- Excellent product knowledge and brand awareness
- High-level of spoken and written English to work creatively with words
- Great Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills
- Basic understanding of HTML
Nice to have:
- Experience working as a copywriter in the industry of I-Gaming
Your main tasks will be:
- Publish, update, proof-read and coordinate translations
- Create, up on request, any ad-hoc content in English
- Assist in the cultivation and elevation of the Videoslots brand voice and style in all written content
- Perform quality checks on all text by reviewing:
- Relevance
- Ensuring content is correct per market and regulatory requirements
- Accessibility
- Correct linking
- Vetting of all images that are correctly showing and are up to date to the latest version:
- Banners
- Icons
- Images
- Game/Payment provider logos
- Hyperlinked images
- Daily checks of CMS strings queues for any new strings to be translated or escalated
- Monitor Content Request ticket queue and action any assigned tasks
- Escalate or report any bugs for required fixes, both internally and external departments
- Vet new Product/s together with the Content Executive in preparation of entering new markets for new website launch.
- Conduct research on legacy strings/ websites for functional documentation
- Follow up on scheduled, recurring or seasonal tasks and report the progress of deliverables
- Give feedback on workflow for updating and refining work processes
- Support the Website and Content Executive with all Content related tasks
