• Experience with a Real Money Casino operations of at least 5 years is a must

As the Head of Casino at Videoslots, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire casino product lifecycle. Your role encompasses the day-to-day management of our casino products, including both operational and commercial aspects of the business. You’ll lead a dynamic team, guiding them to success while ensuring that the online casino operates at the highest level of quality, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Work with the C-level and other stakeholders on maintaining existing features and bringing new ones to market on all brands.
• Be the main contact for the Company’s games providers
• Negotiate and close commercial contracts with existing and new vendors
• Maintain operational excellence in regards to our games providers, ensuring we are aligned on any regulatory, commercial or technical developments.
• Ensure that the daily game releases are well planned, executed to standards with free spins, trophies, tags, certificates, game diaries, reviews and all other aspects.
  
• Formulate policies and execute them in regards to the offering, including but not limited to premium positions on site as well as our app offerings
• Be on top of regulations in the markets we operate in; ability to adapt to changes in the regulatory landscape
• Ensure speed to market in regards to having games operational when they are released
• Represent the company at conferences and fairs
• Lead the team in delivering the outcomes needed for brand profitability on games management, promotions planning and campaigns, Battle management etc. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders on change management, game provider roadmap, compliance, etc.
• Perform other leadership tasks and set an example for Tam members of commitment, work ethics and personal character
• Optimize workflows, communication and organization system
