Exponential success: from customer service agent to Head of Casino
Quickly rising through the ranks at a leading casino operator like Videoslots is no mean feat, but that’s exactly what Henrik Enesund, our newly appointed Head of Casino, has done. We caught up with him to discuss his journey to the top of the iGaming ladder.
The journey Videoslots has undergone since our inception in 2011 is nothing short of extraordinary. In just over a decade, we have become the online casino with the widest variety of games in the industry, with an offering of 7,000 slots garnering multiple awards.
It stands to reason, then, that our team is comprised of the industry’s best and brightest. Our new Head of Casino, Henrik Enesund, is no exception to that rule, having shown exceptional professional growth within the company, rapidly developing and improving in just over five years.
Starting as a customer service agent, Henrik has reached his current role via a number of promotions, namely Games Assistant, Tournament Coordinator, and Casino Team Lead.
“Being able to hone my skills in multiple positions at Videoslots has been a dream come true,” he said. “I’ve been given the opportunity to expand my skillset over the past five years, and this is testament to Videoslots’ approach to internal growth.”
We couldn’t be happier to be proved right – Henrik has really gone from strength to strength in his relatively short time at Videoslots.
In 2021, 33% of promotions were internal and already in 2022, 40% of all recruitment is from within the company. Promoting our high-flyers is a winning formula that we intend to replicate, and it is sure to be one of the key ingredients to our success this year. Watch this space.
